Responsibility
- Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions in assigned subjects.
- Assess student learning needs and develop personalized lesson plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and center staff on achievements and areas for improvement.
- Prepare instructional materials and resources to enhance learning.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience tutoring or teaching students in K-12.
- Excellent knowledge of subject matter, particularly in Math and Science.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping students.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Valid teaching certification is a plus.
