Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions.
- Provide restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry services.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment documentation.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualification
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid and unrestricted dental license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR and BLS certification required.
