Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Execute a wide range of general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records using advanced practice management software.
- Stay updated with industry advancements through continuing education and implementing new techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including infection control protocols.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote dental health awareness.
Qualification
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
- Active and unrestricted state dental license in Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in digital radiography, intraoral scanning, and EHR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care in a compassionate manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
