Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and health maintenance
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists
- Perform routine health screenings and preventive medicine
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with precision
- Participate in on-call rotation for urgent care
- Conduct patient education on wellness and disease prevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualification
- MD/DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid NY medical license
- 3+ years of clinical experience in primary care
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- DEA registration for controlled substances
