Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups
- Diagnose and treat acute/chronic conditions with evidence-based protocols
- Manage patient health records using Epic EHR systems
- Coordinate care with specialists and hospital networks
- Conduct preventive health screenings and patient education
- Oversee clinical staff and maintain practice efficiency
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualification
- MD/DO degree from accredited medical school
- Valid NY State medical license
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 3+ years of clinical practice experience
- DEA and BLS certifications
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Experience with EHR implementation
- Commitment to cultural competency
