Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments to diagnose illnesses and injuries.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle counseling.
- Conduct routine health screenings and preventative care visits to monitor patient well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams for complex cases.
- Accurately document patient history, symptoms, and treatment outcomes in electronic health records (EHR).
- Counsel patients on preventative health measures and disease management strategies.
Qualification
- Graduation from an accredited Medical School (MD or DO degree).
- Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Board Certification (or eligibility for certification) by the American Board of Family Medicine.
- Valid and unrestricted Medical License to practice in New York State.
- Proven track record of providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy and active listening.
