Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care services including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and chronic disease management
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries with accurate clinical judgment
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (lab work, X-rays, etc.)
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with specialists
- Maintain detailed electronic health records using Epic EMR system
- Coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in community health initiatives and wellness programs
Qualification
- MD/DO degree from accredited medical school
- Valid NY State medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in primary care
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced urban environment
- Commitment to continuous medical education
