Responsibility
- Design visual assets for digital and print campaigns including social media graphics, web banners, and email templates
- Create brand identity materials including logos, business cards, and style guides
- Develop illustrations, infographics, and icons that communicate complex messages clearly
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and software to maintain competitive edge
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools preferred
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required
