Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Lead and mentor staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue.
- Monitor industry trends and innovate to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of financial acumen and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; multilingual is a plus.
