Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding top-tier talent across various departments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, mediating conflicts and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal (EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA), state, and local regulations.
- Own the performance management process, including goal setting, annual reviews, and employee development plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate data tracking, reporting, and strategic workforce planning.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ongoing training and development programs.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational culture, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree or HR Certification such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP is a plus).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role, preferably within a high-growth tech or professional services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices. Proven ability to navigate complex compliance issues with precision.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Must be able to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Rippling) and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics and turn insights into actionable strategies that support business objectives.
- Proven track record of driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.
