Responsibility
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Implement and maintain network security protocols including firewalls and endpoint protection
- Oversee Active Directory, Exchange, and VMware virtualization environments
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system outages and performance tuning
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible or Terraform
- Document system architectures and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps integration
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with cloud platforms
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Proven incident management and root cause analysis abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
