Responsibility
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policies
- Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure with a focus on security and scalability
- Implement and maintain network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system issues and user requests
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular system backups
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and scripting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology integration projects
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server administration
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
