Responsibility
- Efficiently collect and deliver packages using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain real-time GPS tracking and delivery status updates
- Verify recipient identities and handle cash-on-delivery transactions
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Resolve delivery exceptions with proactive customer communication
- Optimize routes using digital mapping tools for maximum efficiency
Qualification
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle) or SIM B (car) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or delivery services
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta's geography and traffic patterns
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical fitness for package handling (max 25kg)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital tools
