Responsibility
- Perform complex cardiac and thoracic surgeries with exceptional precision and patient-centered care
- Lead multidisciplinary surgical teams in developing innovative treatment protocols
- Mentor residents and fellows through advanced surgical training programs
- Contribute to clinical research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives and surgical safety committees
- Collaborate with interventional cardiology and pulmonary medicine specialists
- Develop new surgical techniques to enhance patient recovery and outcomes
Qualification
- Board-certified in General Surgery and Thoracic/Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Fellowship training from ACGME-accredited program
- Minimum 5 years of independent surgical practice experience
- Valid Florida medical license and DEA registration
- Proven expertise in robotic-assisted cardiac procedures
- Demonstrated leadership in surgical quality improvement
- Strong publication record in cardiovascular surgery
- Exceptional communication and patient education skills
