Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Common Core standards
- Foster inclusive classroom environment celebrating cultural diversity

Qualification
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- NYS Teaching Certification (Grades 1-5)
- Minimum 3 years classroom experience
- Demonstrated expertise in differentiated instruction
- Strong classroom management skills with trauma-informed approach
- Experience with project-based learning models
- Proficiency in Google Classroom and educational software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
