Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging, standards-aligned curriculum for grades K-5
- Create differentiated instruction strategies to support diverse learning needs
- Utilize technology and hands-on activities to enhance student engagement
- Collaborate with teaching teams to design interdisciplinary projects
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents
- Organize and lead extracurricular enrichment activities
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid New York State Teaching Certification
- Minimum 3 years of elementary teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of Common Core standards and pedagogy
- Proficiency in educational technology platforms
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience with differentiated instruction and IEPs
