Responsibility

- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and growth specialists
- Develop MVPs and secure pre-seed funding through pitch competitions and angel networks
- Execute go-to-market strategies achieving 10K+ active users within 12 months
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with industry leaders and VCs
- Present quarterly progress to the VentureForge C-Suite and board members
Qualification
- 5+ years founding or scaling startups, with 2+ exits or $5M+ raises
- Expertise in AI/ML applications for environmental impact metrics
- Proven ability to assemble and retain A-level technical teams
- Experience securing Series A+ funding from top-tier VCs
- Deep network connections in Silicon Valley and climate-tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Portfolio of 3+ validated MVPs with 100K+ user traction
