Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end venture development from ideation to Series A funding
- Assemble and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams
- Develop robust business models, financial projections, and pitch decks
- Secure strategic partnerships and investor relationships
- Drive product innovation through rapid prototyping and user testing
- Execute go-to-market strategies with measurable KPIs
- Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making
Qualification
- Proven track record of launching and scaling a successful venture
- Expertise in lean methodology and agile development
- Exceptional fundraising experience (min $5M raised)
- Deep industry knowledge in AI, fintech, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling expertise
- Experience building and leading diverse technical teams
- Ability to pivot strategies based on market feedback
- Fluency in English and additional business language preferred
