Responsibility
- Identify and validate high-potential market opportunities through rapid prototyping and customer discovery
- Lead end-to-end venture development from ideation to MVP launch and scaling
- Build and lead cross-functional teams of specialists (engineering, marketing, operations)
- Secure seed-to-Series funding through strategic investor relations
- Drive product-market fit using lean startup methodologies and data-driven pivots
- Develop comprehensive business models and go-to-market strategies
- Foster innovation culture while maintaining operational excellence
Qualification
- Proven track record of launching and scaling ventures (portfolio or personal projects)
- Expertise in lean startup methodologies and agile development
- Exceptional fundraising experience with $500k+ closed rounds
- Deep understanding of SaaS, D2C, or B2B tech business models
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional leadership abilities in ambiguous environments
- Network of 50+ relevant industry connections
- Advanced degree in business, engineering, or technical field preferred
