Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead medication therapy management programs for chronic disease patients
- Train and mentor pharmacy technicians and interns
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care protocols
- Implement inventory management systems to reduce waste by 15%
- Conduct immunization services and health screenings
- Drive patient satisfaction initiatives with NPS targets >90
Qualification
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from ACPE-accredited institution
- NY State Pharmacist license in good standing
- 3+ years retail/hospital pharmacy experience with leadership exposure
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and HIPAA compliance
- Certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred
- Experience with pharmacy management systems (e.g., Omnicell, QS/1)
- Exceptional patient communication and conflict resolution skills
