Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging lectures on microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics
- Develop course materials, assessments, and innovative teaching methodologies
- Mentor undergraduate and graduate students through academic advising
- Conduct original research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and faculty development programs
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and grant applications
Qualification
- Ph.D. in Economics or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of undergraduate teaching experience at the college level
- Demonstrated excellence in student engagement and learning outcomes
- Strong publication record or clear research agenda with publication potential
- Proficiency with statistical software (Stata, R, or Python)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
