Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate modules in Digital Business, E-Commerce, and Digital Entrepreneurship.
- Develop a cutting-edge curriculum that integrates the latest industry insights, digital tools, and sustainable business models.
- Provide dedicated academic advising and pastoral support to a diverse and talented student body.
- Conduct and publish high-impact research in digital business, innovation, and the creative economies.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with industry leaders to enhance student employability and collaborative projects.
- Actively contribute to the strategic direction of the school through committee work and quality assurance initiatives.
- Supervise dissertations and major projects, inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
Qualification
- A PhD (or equivalent professional experience) in Business, Digital Economy, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrable experience of high-quality teaching and assessment in a higher education setting.
- A strong or emerging track record of research publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and digital literacy skills.
- Significant industry experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or technology start-ups is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate students from a wide range of cultural and academic backgrounds.
- Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA/Advance HE) or a commitment to obtaining it.
