Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for diagnostic purposes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Provide individual, group, and couples therapy sessions to diverse client populations
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and California Board of Psychology standards
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers for coordinated patient care
  • Participate in case conferences and clinical team meetings to discuss treatment progress
  • Supervise doctoral interns and post-doctoral fellows as needed

Qualification

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Valid California State Board of Psychology license (or license-eligible)
  • Minimum 2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience in outpatient or private practice setting
  • Proficiency in empirically supported treatments (CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar modalities)
  • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills with experience using standardized psychological instruments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in multicultural settings
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
