Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for diagnostic purposes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Provide individual, group, and couples therapy sessions to diverse client populations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and California Board of Psychology standards
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers for coordinated patient care
- Participate in case conferences and clinical team meetings to discuss treatment progress
- Supervise doctoral interns and post-doctoral fellows as needed
Qualification
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Valid California State Board of Psychology license (or license-eligible)
- Minimum 2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience in outpatient or private practice setting
- Proficiency in empirically supported treatments (CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar modalities)
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills with experience using standardized psychological instruments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in multicultural settings
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
