Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated client care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical supervision
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency response services
Qualification
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Valid New York State license as a Psychologist
- Minimum 3 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, etc.)
- Experience with diverse populations and cultural competence
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
