Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments for clients of all ages.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).
  • Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers to ensure holistic care coordination.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in weekly case conferences, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to community outreach and mental health education initiatives.

Qualification

  • Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted license as a Psychologist in the state of California (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Proven experience working with culturally diverse populations and a range of presenting issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong clinical reasoning and empathy.
  • Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin) are a plus but not required.
