Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments for clients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers to ensure holistic care coordination.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in weekly case conferences, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to community outreach and mental health education initiatives.
Qualification
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted license as a Psychologist in the state of California (or eligibility for licensure).
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Proven experience working with culturally diverse populations and a range of presenting issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong clinical reasoning and empathy.
- Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin) are a plus but not required.
