Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments using standardized tools.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic).
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care team.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and supervision as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted licensure as a Psychologist in the state of California.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred.
- Proficiency in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with DSM-5 criteria.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
