Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized diagnostic tools
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions (CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches)
- Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical providers for integrated care
- Supervise pre-licensed psychologists and doctoral interns
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Contribute to practice innovation through research initiatives
Qualification
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from APA-accredited institution
- Current New York State license as Psychologist
- Minimum 5 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Experience with diverse populations and cultural competency
- Strong diagnostic assessment skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to continuing education and ethical practice
