Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Qualification
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in New York.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred.
- Proficiency in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence.
