Responsibility
- Provide exceptional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in compliance with health regulations.
- Build and retain a loyal client base through superior service and relationship management.
- Stay updated on the latest barbering techniques and trends.
- Recommend and retail grooming products to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist with shop maintenance and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in traffic efficiently.
Qualification
- Valid state barber license in Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years professional barbering experience.
- Expertise in a variety of cutting techniques including scissor, clipper, and straight razor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Passion for the craft and continuous learning.
- Experience with POS systems and booking software is a plus.
