Responsibility
- Perform precise haircuts, fades, beard trims, and hot towel shaves tailored to client preferences.
- Consult with clients to determine style goals and recommend personalized hair and beard care regimens.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with all state health and safety regulations.
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service, professionalism, and rapport.
- Stay abreast of current barbering trends, techniques, and products to continuously elevate the studio's service menu.
- Assist with retail product sales by educating clients on professional-grade styling products.
- Collaborate with the team to foster a positive, high-energy studio culture and contribute to a seamless client journey.
- Manage appointment bookings, time efficiently, and process payments accurately.
Qualification
- Valid and active State of Colorado Cosmetology or Barbering License.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional barbering experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Exceptional mastery of clipper and straight razor techniques, including skin fades and detailed scissor work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, embodying the studio's premium brand image.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks associated with barbering.
- Motivated, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic and team-player mindset.
- Experience in men's grooming retail sales (preferred).
