Responsibility
- Provide expert haircuts, beard trims, and hot towel shaves using premium products.
- Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and offer professional recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and ensure all tools are properly disinfected.
- Stay current on men’s grooming trends and techniques through continuous education.
- Build a loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized attention.
- Promote and retail grooming products to enhance the client experience.
- Manage appointment bookings and walk-in schedules efficiently.
Qualification
- Valid barber license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional barbering experience in a high-volume shop.
- Mastery of clippers, shears, and straight razor techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of skin care and facial hair grooming is a plus.
