Responsibility
- Provide exceptional haircuts, fades, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
- Consult with clients to determine their style preferences and provide professional recommendations.
- Maintain a pristine and hygienic work environment, including sanitizing tools and stations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest barbering trends, techniques, and fashion styles.
- Manage inventory of retail products and suggest appropriate items to clients.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Qualification
- Current and valid State Barber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume or upscale salon environment.
- Proficiency in classic and modern cutting techniques (scissors, clipper, razor).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and sanitation standards.
