Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional men's haircuts, fades, and beard grooming services
- Perform traditional straight-razor shaves with premium products
- Consult clients on style preferences and recommend personalized grooming solutions
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and sanitize tools/area between clients
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service
- Stay current with barbering trends and techniques through continuous education
- Manage inventory of premium grooming products
- Collaborate with stylists to ensure seamless client transitions
Qualification
- Valid Texas barber license (required)
- Minimum 3 years professional barbering experience
- Expertise in modern fades, classic cuts, and straight-razor techniques
- Proven client relationship building skills
