Responsibility
- Execute complex garment alterations and custom tailoring with precision
- Conduct client consultations to understand design preferences and measurements
- Develop patterns and prototypes for bespoke suits, dresses, and formal wear
- Maintain inventory of premium fabrics and sewing materials
- Train apprentices in traditional tailoring methods
- Ensure all creations meet luxury quality standards
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years professional tailoring experience
- Expertise in hand-sewing techniques and pattern drafting
- Portfolio showcasing bespoke garments
- Knowledge of premium fabric properties (silk, wool, linen)
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Certification from reputable fashion institution preferred
