Responsibility
- Execute complex garment alterations with surgical precision
- Create bespoke suits, dresses, and formal wear from pattern to finishing
- Consult with clients on fit, fabric, and design details
- Maintain and operate industrial sewing equipment
- Train junior tailors in traditional and modern techniques
- Manage bespoke project timelines and quality control
Qualification
- 10+ years of professional tailoring experience
- Expertise in hand-sewing, machine stitching, and pattern drafting
- Portfolio demonstrating high-end garment creation
- Knowledge of luxury fabrics (wool, silk, cashmere)
- Exceptional eye for fit and proportion
- Strong client communication and sales skills
- Ability to work under pressure for urgent deadlines
