Responsibility
- Deliver one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions in mathematics and science.
- Assess student learning needs and develop customized lesson plans.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to align instruction with classroom curricula.
- Prepare teaching materials and resources as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field (in progress acceptable).
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of middle and high school math and science curricula.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the tutoring center.
