BrightPath Tutoring is seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Tutor to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will provide one-on-one and small-group instruction to students in grades 4‑12, helping them master key mathematical concepts and build confidence.

Responsibility
- Deliver personalized math instruction to students in grades 4‑12, focusing on arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and test prep.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and informal observations; adjust lesson plans accordingly.
- Create and maintain a positive, engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and achievements.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors to share best practices and curriculum resources.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student outcomes.
Qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience in mathematics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of K‑12 math curricula and common core standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping students learn.
- Proficiency with online tutoring platforms and basic classroom technology.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
