  • Analyze test results, document findings, and report abnormalities to supervising physicians.
  • Follow strict quality control and safety protocols in accordance with CLIA and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to troubleshoot and resolve test discrepancies.
  • Maintain inventory of reagents and supplies, ordering as needed to avoid shortages.
  • Participate in continuing education and proficiency testing to stay current with industry advancements.

Qualification

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
  • Valid certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from ASCP, AMT, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
