Responsibility
- Perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
- Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment with precision
- Adhere to strict quality control protocols and regulatory requirements (CLIA, CAP)
- Document test results accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide critical diagnostic insights
- Participate in proficiency testing and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- ASCP or AMT certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical laboratory experience
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety procedures
- Proficiency in LIS/HIS systems and laboratory automation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
