Responsibility
- Perform and analyze clinical tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following safety protocols
- Document test results with precision and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with pathologists and healthcare providers for accurate reporting
- Adhere to CLIA, CAP, and OSHA regulatory standards
- Participate in quality control initiatives and continuous improvement
Qualification
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- ASCP or AMT certification (or eligible within 6 months)
- Minimum 2 years clinical laboratory experience
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety procedures
- Proficiency in LIS systems and laboratory software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
