Responsibility
- Perform and analyze clinical laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
- Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment (e.g., analyzers, microscopes)
- Adhere to strict quality control protocols and CLIA/CAP standards
- Document test results accurately in laboratory information systems
- Collaborate with pathologists and healthcare providers on critical cases

Qualification
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- ASCP or AMT certification required
- Minimum 2 years' clinical laboratory experience
- Proficiency in LIS software and automated analyzers

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
