Responsibility
- Perform and analyze clinical laboratory tests (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology)
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following standard protocols
- Ensure quality control and compliance with clinical laboratory standards
- Document test results accurately in laboratory information systems
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely diagnostic information
- Participate in laboratory safety procedures and waste management
- Assist in training junior technicians and implementing new methodologies
Qualification
- D3 degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) from Kepala BPJS Kesehatan
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Strong understanding of CLSI and ISO 15189 standards
- Certification in at least one laboratory specialty (e.g., hematology, microbiology)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
