Responsibility
- Provide full-spectrum midwifery care including antenatal check-ups, labor support, and postpartum follow-ups
- Conduct high-risk pregnancy assessments and collaborate with obstetricians for complex cases
- Deliver neonatal resuscitation and immediate newborn care protocols
- Develop individualized birth plans and provide continuous emotional support to patients
- Conduct breastfeeding consultations and newborn education sessions
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Participate in community outreach programs promoting maternal health awareness
Qualification
- S1 Kebidanan (Midwifery Bachelor's Degree) from accredited institution
- SIMRS (Surat Izin Menjadi Bidan) license with current validity
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in hospital maternity ward
- Advanced certification in neonatal resuscitation (NRN)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Certification in breastfeeding counseling (IBCLC preferred)
