Responsibility
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and memos.
- Maintain an efficient electronic and physical filing system for confidential documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with basic travel arrangements.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to senior staff and departments as required.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an office or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
