Responsibility
- Conduct live, interactive online tutoring sessions for students in grades K-12.
- Assess student strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized lesson plans.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to align instruction with state standards.
- Maintain accurate session records and attendance logs.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries and provide supplemental resources.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
- Proficiency in core math topics (arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient and encouraging demeanor.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Blackboard).
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
