Responsibility

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements and achieving measurable results.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets of $5M+.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
