Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional primary care to a panel of patients, emphasizing preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans in coordination with specialists and allied health professionals.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation using our advanced EHR system.
  • Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to medical students and residents rotating through the practice.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms to provide accessible care to patients.

Qualification

  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (must become Board Certified within 2 years of start date).
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Texas (or eligible for licensure).
  • Current DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification.
  • Proven clinical experience (2+ years post-residency preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience highly preferred).
