Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management to a diverse panel of adult patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on preventive care and population health metrics.
- Utilize Epic EHR to document clinical encounters and coordinate care seamlessly across the continuum.
- Participate in a phone-only on-call rotation with robust backup support.
- Mentor medical residents and advanced practice providers in a collaborative teaching environment.
- Engage with the community through health fairs and educational seminars to promote wellness.
Qualification
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited LCME/COCA institution.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License (or ability to obtain one prior to start date).
- Current DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong references are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to serving a diverse patient population.
