Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management to a diverse panel of adult patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on preventive care and population health metrics.
  • Utilize Epic EHR to document clinical encounters and coordinate care seamlessly across the continuum.
  • Participate in a phone-only on-call rotation with robust backup support.
  • Mentor medical residents and advanced practice providers in a collaborative teaching environment.
  • Engage with the community through health fairs and educational seminars to promote wellness.

Qualification

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited LCME/COCA institution.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License (or ability to obtain one prior to start date).
  • Current DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong references are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to serving a diverse patient population.
