Responsibility
- Conduct personalized tutoring sessions in math and science for students from elementary to high school levels.
- Assess each student's learning needs and tailor lesson plans accordingly.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Prepare students for standardized tests, including SAT, ACT, and state exams.
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to share best practices.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational best practices.
- Document session notes and report on student achievements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of math and science curricula up to high school level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.
- Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
- Valid teaching certification preferred but not required.
- Passion for fostering academic growth and confidence in students.
