Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, and common areas using industry-standard techniques
- Operate and maintain advanced cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, etc.)
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning standards
- Execute daily deep-cleaning routines for high-touch surfaces and specialized areas
- Provide detailed cleaning reports and maintain client confidentiality
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years commercial cleaning experience with luxury or corporate environments
- Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Fluent English communication with ability to follow written instructions
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on client schedules
